I decided to make the easiest dessert I know to go with the Beef Bourguignon meal.
INGREDIENTS
- fresh fruit
- 8oz. marscapone cheese
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 TBL maple syrup
- 2+ TBL milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash, dry and mix fruit together
- In a small bowl combine all other ingredients
- Using a mixer, mix. If you want it soupier, add a bit more milk.
- VOILA! Done. Put on top of fresh fruit.
